Superior Shooting

Superior Police have a man in custody in connection with shots being fired in a Banks Avenue residence last evening. According to police, officers were called to 2418 Banks Avenue around 7PM Thursday. A 24-year-old man allegedly fired a shotgun one or more times at his roommate. The victim, a 27-year-old man was not injured in the shooting. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail on domestic abuse, attempted first degree homicide, use of a firearm while intoxicated, and other charges. The suspect is expected to make a court appearance this afternoon.
